Welcome to juta33. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and juta33 ("Platform", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the juta33.pro website, mobile app, and all related services we provide.
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the juta33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please cease using our platform immediately.
These Terms take effect from 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. juta33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with appropriate notice.
01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the juta33 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms. Acceptance of the Terms occurs automatically when you:

- Log in to your existing account
- Making a deposit or using any platform service

02 Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement

By registering, you confirm that you have reached the minimum required age. juta33 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and any account found to belong to an underage user will be terminated immediately without any refund of remaining balance.
2.2 One Account Per User
Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on the juta33 platform. Registering more than one account using the same name, IP address, phone number, banking information, or identity is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds in those accounts.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information may result in account termination without notice. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal is approved.
It is the user's responsibility to ensure that use of the juta33 platform is lawful under the laws of your local jurisdiction. juta33 is not liable for any legal consequences arising from the use of the platform in any applicable region.
03 Account Security
3.1 Password Responsibility
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. juta33 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our customer support team immediately.
3.2 Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
You are encouraged to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account for an additional layer of security. Any losses resulting from failure to activate 2FA are outside the liability of juta33.
3.3 Suspicious Activity
Juta33 continuously monitors all account activity. Should we detect any suspicious activity, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the account in question until an investigation is completed, in order to protect user safety.
04 Deposit & Withdrawal
4.1 Deposit Methods
Juta33 accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including FPX (all major Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and RHB), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, as well as crypto assets such as USDT and BTC. All deposits are credited to your account in under one minute once the transaction is confirmed.
4.2 Deposit Limits
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by selected payment method. Detailed information on these limits is available on the Deposit us. Deposit limits may be adjusted upon request for eligible VIP members.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
All withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to one hour for regular members, and faster for VIP members. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal is approved:
- Identity verification (KYC) has been completed
- No outstanding bonus wagering requirements
- Account is not under suspension or investigation
- Withdrawal method must be the same as or related to the original deposit method
4.4 Cash Only
Juta33 only accepts funds from legitimate sources that belong to the registered user. Transferring money on behalf of others, using third-party credit cards, or any method that contradicts our policies is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

05 Bonus & Promotions
5.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses offered by juta33 are subject to wagering requirements clearly stated on the Promotions us. Wagering requirements refer to the total amount of betting you must complete before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
5.2 Bonus Validity Period
Each bonus has a different validity period, typically between 7 and 30 days depending on the promotion type. Bonuses not used within the validity period will expire automatically with no compensation.
5.3 Betting Limits While Bonus Is Active
While bonus wagering requirements are active, the maximum bet per spin or hand is as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in cancellation of the bonus and associated wins.
5.4 One Bonus Per User
Each promotion may only be claimed once per registered user. Attempts to claim the same bonus more than once through multiple accounts will be considered fraudulent and will result in termination of all associated accounts.

06 Game Rules
6.1 Final Results
All game outcomes recorded in the juta33 system are final and binding. In the event of a dispute, juta33 system logs will be used as valid evidence. Technical errors occurring during gameplay will be resolved in accordance with established platform policy.
6.2 Technical Disruptions
Juta33 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet outages, or device issues on the user's end. Should a technical disruption occur on the platform's end, the game will be settled or funds refunded at the discretion of juta33 management.
6.3 Third-Party Game Providers
Some games on juta33 are provided by third-party providers who have their own terms and conditions. By playing those games, you also agree to be bound by the respective provider's terms. juta33 is not responsible for any changes made by third-party providers to their games.
6.4 Win Limits
A maximum win limit may apply to certain games or betting types. This will be clearly stated in the relevant game rules. Wins exceeding the set limit will be settled in accordance with the current platform policy.
07 Prohibited Conduct
Use of the juta33 platform is subject to a strict code of conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:
- Fraud, system manipulation, or use of automated software (bots) during gameplay
- Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage
- Using another person's account or granting account access to a third party
- Any form of money laundering through the platform
- Bonus abuse through hedge wagering (bonus abuse/arbitrage)
- Intrusion or attempts to hack juta33 systems
- Distributing obscene, harmful, or illegal content through the platform
- Harassing, threatening, or attacking other users or juta33 staff
juta33 works closely with financial authorities and law enforcement agencies. Any activity suspected of involving fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

10 Account Termination
10.1 Termination by User
You may request account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited and any eligible cash balance will be processed for withdrawal.
10.2 Termination by juta33
Juta33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account without prior notice in the event that:
- User violates any terms stated in this document
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected on the account
- User provides false or misleading registration information
- Account linked to money laundering activity
- User found playing from a region restricted by the platform
10.3 Funds After Termination
If an account is terminated due to a breach of the Terms, juta33 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in that account, including deposited funds, wins, and bonuses. For terminations requested by the user with no breach involved, any valid cash balance will be returned after all reviews are completed.
11 Liability Limit
To the extent permitted by applicable law, juta33 is not liable for:
- Any direct or indirect financial losses incurred while using the platform

- Losses resulting from the user's negligence in maintaining account security
